We have an immediate need to set up a development server on a Linux- based OSS stack to support Java platform-based development. We're looking for part-time help with selection, installation and configuration of a Linux distribution and a database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) as the foundation for our server. We also need assistance with setup and configuration of the Java platform stack on top of that foundation. Finally, we are interested in help evaluating, selecting, and configuring a server virtualization software system.
